In addition, it commercializes and licenses its lithium carbon fluoride battery technology portfolio. The company's products are used for consumer, transportation, government defense, medical, industrial, portable electronics, and specialty applications. Contour Energy Systems, Inc. has a strategic investment and technology development agreement with In-Q-Tel; and a strategic partnership with Schlumberger. Formerly known as CFX Battery, Inc. in March 2010, the firm changed its name to Contour Energy Systems, Inc.
