NanoIntegris is a supplier of single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) products as well as graphene and nanomaterials. The firm is a supplier of high purity, semiconducting, and metallic inks. The firm was founded in to capitalize on a breakthrough sorting method, pioneered by Professor Mark Hersam at Northwestern University, to separate as-produced SWNTs by diameter and/or electronic type (i.e. metal vs. semiconducting).
