Aviture will partner with the 20IS to create a guiding blueprint meeting the immediate need for government insight to feasible methods for establishing a scalable organic Agile DevOps approach. The approach incorporates Subject Matter Experts who interview stakeholders and research development and operations processes and compliance rules using our experience applying Agile and DevOps capabilities to commercial and government contracts. The blueprint will serve as an experienced guide for implementing governance, process, and tooling, infrastructure, and stakeholder collaboration required to instantiate Agile DevOps best practices, tailored for the AF Squadron environment at 20IS.The resulting holistic framework should allow Squadron leadership to accurately prioritize and sponsor Phase 2 investment, and formally bring together the people, training, and policy to enable developers and all other pipeline stakeholders to collaborate more efficiently and meet the immediate need for rapid deployment of warfighter solutions, ready for the AF enterprise, from the 20IS Soaring Buffalo Innovation Cell. We will investigate the feasibility of tools and hardware/cloud capabilities for automating development, configuration, testing, and deployment supporting the AFWERX vision of rapid innovation delivery into AF operational nets.devops,agile,Government-owned software development,Building warfighter software tools faster
