In April 1999, the firm sold its Breast imaging system, technology and related assets to Pacific Republic Capital Corp. (US). In June 1999, the companyâs common stock was delisted from the NASDAQ Stock Market and trading was initiated on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTC BB).
