Sedron Technologies LLC, formerly operating as Janicki Bioenergy LLC, is a biotechnology company that specializes in sanitation and water treatment systems. The firm invents and manufactures products and processes for a wide range of industries: from cutting edge waste-to-energy and water treatment systems for developing nations; to novel, off-grid toilet systems; to transformative liquid waste processing and nutrient recovery systems for agricultural, municipal, and military uses. In 2011, the firm accepted the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundationâs challenge to address the universal problem of waste. The first Janicki Omni Processor pilot unit, model S100, was manufactured in 2013 and has been operating in Dakar, Senegal since May of 2015. The S200 doubled the capacity of the S100 and is currently operating in Sedro-Woolley, WA. It is expected to ship to West Africa in 2020.
