Public Profile

In August-September 2012, Infoscitex was acquired by DCS Corp (also having been an SBIR awardee) and, thogh the tranaction was delayed to allow Phase II award, the firm became a wholly owned subsidiary in which capacity they are no longer SBIR eligible. Shortly thereafter, DCS Corporation sold the assets of the IST Biomedical division to Vivonics, Inc. that now operates as an independent SBIR involved firm. DCS’s acqusition of IST expanded their service offerings in modeling, simulation and analysis, human biodynamics research, advanced manned and unmanned air vehicle systems, material science solutions, software development, cyber-domain techniques and media communication services. With facilities in MA and Dayton OH, Infoscitex Technology Solutions work with clients and partners with concerns ranging from outer space to cyberspace.
