In August 2018, Sverical Capital acquired a majority ownership of Gener8. Active inthe SBIR space, Gener8 designs and manufactures life science instrumentation, complex clinical devices as well as advanced industrial systems, leveraging expertise in microfluidics, optics, electronics and embedded systems. The firm's capabilities include end-to-end design, development, prototype and low-to-medium volume manufacturing. Having established a strong positionn the technology design, engineering and manufacturing space, it is assumed that in partnership with Sverica, and the associated experience and capital that firm brings to the table, Gener8 will be well-positioned to realize its potential as a global provider of technology solutions.
