In September 2004, Epoch Biosciences merged with CA based Nanogen, also an SBIR involved firm. Formerly called Epoch Pharmaceuticals (OTC EPPH ), Epoch Biosciences moved to NASDAQ (EBIO). Epoch Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a biomedical company utilizing nucleoside and nucleotide chemistry to develop molecular tools for genetic analysis.
