This Small Business Innovation Research Phase I project is to demonstrate a novel nanolithography process, i.e. Hybrid Holographic Lithography (HHL) combining interferometric optical lithography with a Spatial Light Modulator (SLM) imaging technique to enable maskless pattern generation.
