In February 2005, Sentigen Holding has sold the Specialty Media Division of its wholly owned subsidiary, Cell & Molecular Technologies to Chemicon International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Serologicals Corporation. Cell & Molecular Technologies, Inc. (CMT) is a wholly owned subsidury of Sentigen Holding. The firm provides contract research and development services for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and biomedical research communities.
