The firm delivers rapid time-to-market and ultra low form factor, with the additional benefits of design upgradability, long battery life, and security. The firm is currently pursuing research for the development of a unique active silicon interposer solution to enable Internet of Things (IoT) through three-dimensional (3D) chip stacking in an affordable, small form factor.The research will result in a production flow synthesis of chip systems for IoT devices with off-the-shelf silicon components being combined into an integrated system using our interposer.
