Founded by Professor Lindon Young from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, the firm is focused on the identification and development of novel, first-in-class treatments for ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. Young Therapeutics is dedicated to finding clinically meaningful and effective treaments for I/R in the settings of heart attack, and organ transplantation (orphan indications).
