Public Profile

In 1996 a Phase I award was made by the Navy to Viga. The PI subsequently relocated to another New Mexico firm - Muse Technologies - which was awarded the Phase II. Muse was formed specifically to acquire certain assets and liabilities from Viga Technologies Corporation ("Viga") and in December 1995, that acquisition was consummated. Subsequently MUSE was publicly traded on NASDAQ but as of 2012 now out of business.
