Involving several experienced former miltary personnel, the firm is structured to tackle creating and developing breakthrough technology to mitigate the biggest threats to the world: terrorism, extreme events and global environmental impacts. Principals of the firm are now working work with the US Air Force, DARPA, Department of Homeland Security, and NOAA for highly competitive innovative AI projects. In addition, Synthetik provides consulting services to the worlds largest insurance companies and maintains their state-of-art software platforms cityCORE, DeepVIEW, blastFOAM, and DeepSeaVision-AI. In what is described as Merger with Synthetik Applied Technologies, in early May 2023, the successful conclusion of negotiations to merge the two companies. The transaction creates a global research and development capability that will offer risk mitigation solutions across numerous sectors including defense, security, insurance and energy.
