Rapid Imaging Software Inc (RIS) produces imaging software for PC's. (RIS) produced and marketed FFT87, the first high-speed fast-Fourier transform program for the 8087 Numeric Coprocessor. This product was followed by The Imaging Toolkit, a package of C language utilities for imaging. In 1988, the company turned to its growing OEM markets and produced products such as AUTORAD for the medical research world, and AUTODIGT for the optics industry. In 1992 (RIS) introduced ImagePartner, a Windows based image processing package. In 1995 (RIS) began formulating the LandForm(tm) product line, which would permit users to go beyond pictures of earth scapes, and virtually fly through them.
