Previously dba Midas Gold, management changed the firm's name to Perpetua Resources to better reflect who they are and what the firm is about. Through several wholly owned subsiduaries, Perpetua Resources is structured around exploration, site restoration, and redevelopment of gold-antimony-silver deposits in the Stibnite-Yellow Pine district of Central Idaho: encompassed by the Stibnite Gold Project. One of US's highest-grade, open-pit gold deposits, the effort is to apply a modern, responsible mining approach to the restoration of an abandoned mine site - producing both gold and the only mined source of antimony in the US: the latter being a federally designated critical mineral used in national defense, aerospace, and technology sectors.
