OurRelationship provides scalable, effective digital health interventions for couples who are experiencing problems in their romantic relationships. The OurRelationship program was developed by internationally-recognized experts in couple therapy and is available with or without coach support. The OurRelationship program has been tested in several nationwide randomized controlled trials involving over 5,000 people. It has been shown to improve not only relationship functioning (improved satisfaction, decreased arguments, etc) but also mental health (depression, anxiety, problematic alcohol use), physical health (insomnia, perceived health, quality of life), job performance, and child functioning.
