Welcome to MAD, my ultimate passion project a brand born from my own relentless pursuit of breaking barriers and pushing the limits of what's possible. As a former Paralympic tennis player, retirement brought unexpected challenges. I faced weight gain, felt overwhelmed by depression, and lost my sense of identity. However, through the unwavering power of determination and discipline, I found myself once again. I reignited the fire of my athlete's mindset, rebuilding myself from the ground up and reaching new heights that I had never before imagined possible. To get there, I had to push through countless days of feeling down and unmotivated. It was only by embracing discipline every day that the "I can do it" mindset became a habit. I told myself every day that success comes from the discipline of repeatedly doing things that you may not necessarily want to do until they become a habit. And surely, it didnot just a habit but a passion, a necessity.
