The Company provides services to the clients in the field of telecommunications, medical information management, aerospace, defense contractors and federal and state government agencies. The Company provides services in three operating segments namely; information technology solutions group, systems solutions group and proposal management group. The proposal management group provides government and commercial program, systems solutions group provides engineering, scientific research, program management and technical services and information technology group provides information on system development. The Company acquired Systems Integration Software Inc and Kapos Associates Inc during 2000 and S3I in the first quarter of 2001.
