Active Life Scientific, Inc. is a medical technology company that has developed a new device for measuring bone material quality: OsteoProbe®. Prior to the invention of OsteoProbe® direct measurement of bone material quality in patients was not possible. The Company's products are based on a patented technology called Reference Point Indentation (RPI) developed at the University of California Santa Barbara. The Company's technology is being used by researchers around the world to advance the understanding of bone health, fragility, and improve treatments. The Company is currently in the process of obtaining regulatory approval for the device in the US and in Europe.
