This SBIR Phase I proposal to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), requests funding for Form Fit and Function, LLC, a small disadvantaged, HUBZone Certified Business, to perform research in the Reverse Engineering and development of a TDP and SAR package for NSN 3040-01-011-4927, Part Number 478802, Gearshaft, Spur. F3's proven experience in manufacturing and SAR package development, give F3 an advantage in development and decreases Government risk. Further, F3 has expertise and a demonstrated track record on DOD programs, designing application specific systems for mission critical requirements. With the success of this program, DLA can reduce costs and decrease lead times in acquisition.
