F3's proven experience in manufacturing and SAR package development, give F3 an advantage in development and decreases Government risk. Further, F3 has expertise and a demonstrated track record on DOD programs, designing application specific systems for mission critical requirements. With the success of this program, DLA can reduce costs and decrease lead times in acquisition.
