The DoD has identified the need for solutions to enable the broad adoption of emerging time-keeping technologies and network synchronization protocols for a multi-source PNT capability. Architecture Technology Corporation (ATCorp) proposes a novel approach called Virtual Position, Navigation, and Timing Protocols (VPNTP). The solution will utilize ATCorps tactical networking products to develop a software suite that provides efficient and secure position, navigation, and timing protocols for endpoints operating in challenging network environments, such as GPS-denied environments.
