For this Phase I SBIR, ATA proposes to provide the US Space Force with Hypertime for Space, an advanced Space Domain Awareness (SDA) platform for tactical speed analytics, multi-threat and multi-object assessment, and comparative what if decision support. The proposed innovation is a modeling and simulation (M&S) framework that calculates and predicts mission risks and maintains digital twins of the space domain utilizing real-time sensor data, physics-based models, and user-supplied mission plans and scenarios. The M&S component has a novel architecture we call Hypertime M&S that leverages recent advances in agent-based distributed computation, stream processing, and time series data management to simulate sequential events at machine speed and review simulation outcomes on an event-by-event level. The Hypertime for Space cloud-based software will serve as a force multiplier by tracking the positions of satellites, conducting comprehensive threat impact analyses, and offering multi-threat and multi-object analysis capabilities, empowering Space Battle Management Command and Control (SBMC2) operators and decision-makers to make informed, proactive, and resilient choices to safeguard our interests in space. Leveraging existing SBMC2 use cases, fused government (e.g., U.S. Space Command, SPACECOM) and commercial satellite tracking and threat detection data, and a cloud-based, scalable deployment for real-time operations, the Hypertime for Space platform addresses current Space Force needs while also incrementally progressing the DoDs experiments in real-time data integration, M&S, and digital twins.
