To improve mobile application development and deployment mechanisms for USAF’s Business Enterprise Systems Programming INnovation (BESPIN) Mobile Center of Excellence (CoE), Fearless Solutions proposes a continuation of our work on Mobile Delivery as-a-Service (MDaaS) in coordination with Clarity Innovations. We have built a strong, foundational Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline that helps Airmen develop secure, compliant mobile applications. In this Sequential Phase II SBIR, we will build upon our success by: 1 Enhancing the existing MDaaS pipeline 2 Ruggedizing security and application governance 3 Positioning MDaaS for ATO 4 Supporting USAF mobile development enablement 5 Positioning MDaaS for production deployment These areas will be critical in improving Airmen’s user experience and supporting the delivery of innovative solutions to USAF problems. The productionized MDaaS represents a significant opportunity for USAF to capitalize on mobile technology growth and adapt to the ways Airmen use their devices. In Government, personnel largely cannot take advantage of the mobile revolution due to a lack of mobile- friendly sites and applications, hindering productivity and engagement. MDaaS is poised to help the BESPIN Mobile CoE advance USAF’s mobile capabilities by streamlining the way that Airmen build and access mobile applications while providing built-in security and compliance.
