In this proposal we intend to modify an existing Micro-PPT to use an energetic propellent known as ECESP. The fuel ignites and burns only when electrical current is applied. It also survives the electrical discharge of a Pulsed Plasma Thruster without carbonization or charring. By appling to different type of electrical current, we can force the thruster to operate in an eletrcothermal or electromagnetic mode.
