The company had been purchased by National Technical Systems in 2010 for inclusion in its NTS-Engineering Services group. In April 2015 NTS-ES was purchased by Cornerstone Capital and was again renamed Mechtronics Solutions Inc. In Augsut 2017, th firm was acquired again, this time by Sierra Peaks, another Albuquerque, NM firm - the eighth largest manufacturer in th elocal area focused on manufacture of textiles, soft goods, metal, wood and electro-mechanical systems.
