ObjectVideo Inc also develops a Web-enabled user interface to manage, monitor, and report on counting data; and software development kits. The company's solutions are used by government agencies, including U.S. customs, DOD, military and naval bases, and laboratories; critical infrastructure, including ports, dams, and nuclear power plants; retail, banking, gaming, building, and facility management customers; educational campuses, utilities, and local governments; transportation authorities, including airports and railways; and refineries, manufacturing plants, construction, and residential facilities. Its software is primarily available to the market through original equipment manufacturers, solution providers, and technology providers in the United States and internationally. ObjectVideo, Inc. was formerly known as DiamondBack Vision, Inc. and changed its name to ObjectVideo, Inc. in August 2001. The company was founded in 1998 and is based in Reston, Virginia with additional offices in San Jose, California; and Madrid, Spain.
