Only briefly SBIR involved - and that over two decades ago - at that time (1978) the firm EGC Enterprises Inc was indicated as developing fluid sealing solutions for a number of applications: de-icing aircraft, pumps, valves, and bolt design. The firm has subsequently developed to become a leading producer of graphite based sealing products providing highly engineered, customized products for use in fluid sealing, on highway and off highway exhaust emissions, aerospace and thermal management applications. With customers throughout the United States, as well as internationally, EGC serves technology companies in aerospace, automotive, petroleum, refining, drilling since 1978. In February 2023, it was announced that CDI Energy Products - out of Humble TX- had acquired EGC Enterprises
