Public Profile

Long time SBIR involved as a Mother and Son team, Creative Action LLC had in earlier times been defined by the development and delivery of innovative solutions for the Age 55+ Market. Products targeted to the institutional market focused on improving the quality of life for older adults in long term care facilities and adult day care centers while increasing staff efficiency, effectiveness, and job satisfaction. Technology and products targeted to community-dwelling older adults help maintain independence through improved medication adherence and functioning for completion of everyday activities. More recently, the firm's focus (and different personnel) appear to have shifted to helping clients to understand the present state of their organization and relationships with external organizations. Through techniques in organizational analysis the firm's team are able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a company and its personnel. Collaboratively, action plans are developed to focus hiring, reorganization, and team building to improve productivity, effectiveness, and profitability.
