In business since the early 1990's and quite extentively SBIR involved over the entire period - 75 Phase Is and 22 Phase IIs) Alameda Applied had been (is) in the business of providing electric propulsion technologies to help power hybrid spacecraft designed to run in-space resources and re-purposed space debris.
