In July 2019 it was announced that long-time SBIR involved Mide Technology Corporation has been acquired by Hutchinson Corporation, a large US business and wholly owned subsidiary of Hutchinson S.A. based in Paris, France. Midé Technology Corporation is structured around development and sale of high performance products across various industries; aerospace, automotive and manufacturing. The team employed a systems approach that, with a customer focus, offered capabilities to conceptualize, design and deliver these high performance, intelligent systems and services tailored to the specific need of clients: smart technology products and materials.
