Membrane Technology and Research, Inc. (MTR) developes and produces membrane-based separation systems for the pertrochemical, natural gas, and refining industries. The company's capabilities include membrane and module manufacturing, process and system design, project engineering, and commissioning services. MTR's custom-designed membrane systems are employed at more than 100 petrochemical and natural gas processing plants throughout the world. The company's primary product lines include: * VaporSep® technology for separating hydrocarbons from air and nitrogen. VaporSep systems are widely used to recover valuable monomers from olefin-containing nitrogen purge gas streams in polyethylene and polypropylene plants. VaporSep systems are also used to recover VCM and other hydrocarbons from purge streams, for example ethylene from EO and VAM production.
