Mizar Imaging LLC is structured around development of modular light sheet imaging systems that can be added to microscopes for both low and high magnification and that are ideally suited for long term imaging experiments of living organisms to single cells. The firm's primary product (designated Tilt ) is easy to use and (importantly) affordable: a modular light sheet illumination system designed for high-resolution imaging designed to enable light sheet imaging on most modern inverted microscopes while also being compatible with high numerical aperture objectives (including oil immersion!). This enables the User to capture fine details inside living cells for longer. Light sheet imaging helps reduce photo-bleaching by illuminating he User's sample with a thin sheet of light. When cells are exposed to less light there is less photodamage, allowing the User to image biological processes that are physiologically relevant.
