Maritime Planning Associates Inc (MPA) develops tools and technologies to monitor and analyze water conditions. The company's two primary products are SHARC, an rapid modeling and analysis tool to predict the waterborne fate and transport of hazardous materials in the water, and MANTA Resonse, a tool to provide first responders with an immediate zone of how far hazardous materials will reach immediately following a spill from a container vessel.
