SA Photonics is please to submit the proposal for the HawkEye compact LWIR hyperspectral imaging system. HawkEye leverages SA Photonicsprevious visible, SWIR, and LWIR programs to result in a compact, hand held, battery operated hyperspectral imager in a low cost designapproach. Furthermore, HawkEye will leverages SA Photonics expertise in warfighter body worn equipment and ground troop personalequipment, our ultra compact electro-optic system packaging for nanosat programs, as well as unit cost benefits from our high volumecommercial electro-optic system production efforts. The resultant HawkEye system will cover the 8-12 m wavelength band in a size less than50 cubic inches and at a weight less than 5 lbs.
