AAPlasma is structured around the de-risking of cold plasma-based water treatment technologies. The focus is on being able to destroy antibiotic-resistant (AR) bacteria and AR genes in wastewater streams from hospitals, food processing facilities, etc. The technology is developed to the stage where it could soon be being used affordably and effectively to treat wastewater from various sources that are prone to containing antibiotic-resistant bacteria, and rendering it completely safe for reuse.
