LONDON (Alliance News) - Amphion Innovations PLC on Monday said its investee company WellGen Inc signed a licence agreement with beverage companies Sportables LLC and One11 Innovation.
Under the terms of the deal, WellGen will receive 11% of the profits derived from the commercial development and sale of its Workout Tea, a novel beverage based on an ingredient derived from a black tea extract claimed to be an anti-inflammatory.
Amphion has a 27% equity interest in WellGen.
Amphion shares were untraded at 0.65 pence each on Monday.
