Founded by an immigrant to the US who arrived as a child with limited English, Polyglot Systems Inc was founded to develop technology solutions to improve communication, resulting in better health care treatment for the 26 million US residents unable to communicate effectively in English. The firm develops products support clinical encounters, patient education and instruction, administrative processes, and the management and dissemination of multi-language documents. The firm’s goal is to help clients eliminate disparity of care while reducing the financial impact associated with serving this population by delivering solutions that eliminate communication barriers at every stage of the medical encounter – improving the experience of both the patient and health care provider.This mission foundation of is guided by two principles: First, to develop a collaborative environment with leaders in medicine, interpretations services and minority group advocates to understand, share, educate, and promote quality service to the limited English-proficient patient population.
