In September 2017, it was announced that Konica Minolta, Inc.-- a global digital technology company with core strengths in imaging and data analysis, optics, materials, and nano-fabrication - had acquired InviCRO LLC with a view to Konica Minolta accelerating their won expansion into precision medicine business .
