Stanfield Systems Inc. supports intelligence software and operations for HQ U. S. Air Force Europe. The company was formed to offer a higher standard of computing and business ethics, standards-based solutions tailored to customer needs, and maximized customer value through a delivery that favors experienced implementation over interminable meetings. Stanfield Systems provides software research and development, systems management, and technology services to Federal, State, and local government customers and to commercial business operations ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 100 multinational solutions. Software research and development is directed by Dr. Tim Jacobs, Chief Technology Officer. Flagship product development is Visual Information Management (VIM), an enterprise methodology and tool suite. A US Air Force Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) project has recently been approved to leverage our VIM capabilities. All Web services, production sites, Web-based surveys, site development, and administration (including site mail services) are managed and delivered by the software group. Systems management services range from executive technology strategic consulting to concepts of operation, feasibility studies, data center operations and management advisory services, independent and objective project assessments, technology project management (per PMI/PMBOK), and independent verification and validation (per IEEE 1012-1998 and ISO 12207). Technology services include: database design, implementation, and administration as well as multi-platform data conversion; network computing, from design through administration; technical writing; subject matter experts; project control; and data entry services.
