DDL OMNI Engineering Awarded $5.5 Million Contract to Support the Cluster Nova Program at Naval Undersea Warfare Center

McLean, Virginia, May 20, 2013 -- DDL OMNI is pleased to announce the award of Contract No. N00178-04-D-4032-N405 for engineering and technical services in support of the Cluster Nova Program at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Newport, Rhode Island. Support under this contract, which was awarded on May 20, 2013, is valued at $5.5 Million. This three year contract will come under the direction of Ralph M. Vlcek, Vice President, Engineering Services Division. Work will be performed in the Norwich, Connecticut office and at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport.

DDL OMNI Engineering will provide engineering and technical services in support of Cluster Nova. These services will include support to provide design, engineering, assembly, testing, documentation, software development and technical services for the Cluster Nova program and other Code 824 TEMPALT programs in the areas of TEMPALT System Installations, Removals and Maintenance; TEMPALT Hardware Design, Assembly and Test; Demonstration and Operational Tests; and Software Support. As a new program to DDL OMNI, Cluster Nova falls within the core capabilities of the Engineering Services Division.
