Chameleon Optics has developed a novel electrochromic ink technology allowing the production of low-cost variable-tint plastic devices. This patented technology, available exclusively through Chameleon Optics, can be developed into a wide range of products, including energy-saving electrochromic window films, privacy films, light-weight variable-tint goggles (e.g. ski goggles), automotive films, low-cost flexible displays, flexible electronic book readers, document safeguards, and toys.
Electrochromic inks and adhesives are not for sale. However, Chameleon Optics can prototype variable-tint products, or provide inks and adhesives to qualified parties for in-house product development. A material transfer agreement must be executed in advance.
