In October of 2006, Overwatch Systems Inc was acquired by Textron Systems. Overwatch Systems is dedicated to the analysis, design, development, and support of complex intelligence, information, and communications systems. AIS employees have experience in a broad spectrum of disciplines including program management, systems analysis, and hardware and software systems engineering. In addition, AIS personnel have considerable training and experience in the design and development of object-oriented software systems. This experience spans from rapid prototyping (commercial equivalent) to formal MIL-STD-498 application deliverables. AIS provides expertise in the development of command, control, communications, and intelligence systems and subsystems, with the added value of experience in the development of digital communications switching and remote radio control products
