AZI's Jerome handheld analyzer detects toxic substances, such as mercury and hydrogen sulfide, while its Computrac Vapor Pro moisture analyzer spies moisture levels, key to quality control in producing cookie dough to tobacco, adhesives, paints, and plastics. The privately held company is owned by CEO George Hays, his father James Hays, and Harold Schwartz.
