In December 2008, Contemporary Computer Services Inc was acquired by QSGI. Contemporary Computer Services Incorporated (CCSI), had previously provided technology services to Education and Commercial customers in six states in the Northeast, from Connecticut to Delaware. In Decmebr 2022, the same firm (by name, location and primary areas of interest) was acquired by Sourcepass - a firm that makes strategic acquisitions in the managed IT service space.
