This is a proposal to request a Phase 1 award in response to SBIR topic N08-210 Portable Multimodal Biometric devices. As such our response must address: 1. Our plans to address the design of a multimodal Biometric Device (IAW Ref 5) including hardware and software. 2. To identify high risk technical challenges and provide evidence of our ability to meet them. 3. develop an initial plan for the development of the required capability including cost, schedule, and required support.
