Long time actve in the SBIR-STTR arena, DTI designs, manufactures, and markets the patented PowerMod (tm) line of solid-state, pulsed power modulators and switching power supplies. The PowerMod line is a key component in particle accelerators, semiconductor fabrication, and next generation metal surface treatment. DTI's products have also been used in food processing, wastewater processing, and radar applications. PowerMod has been selected more than once by R&D Magazine as one of the 100 most significant products of the year and is available in a wide range of voltage, current, and performance configurations.
