The bad news:  At this point it will be too late to do more than post their areas of particular interest
The good news:

• They will be provided on-podium time and subsequent breakout space.
• Their interests overlaps those of the other particpating large firms so their being there will be a bonus for those small firms in the space
• They will be fully involved in the Awardee Nutshell presentation sessions
