This type of meaty issue will be very much the focus of the parallel working/learning sessions which are being built into the Event structure. Not only will we feature a number of the participating VCs in Talk Show type settings but we are fortunate in having some seriously skilled and experienced professional service providers involved in this effort. They are being aksed to design session that will focus to the nuts-and-bolts issues which are the backdrop for this type of endeavor. We have discussions ongoing with three-four major law firms with conisdreable expertise in doing VC deals. At least two of those are actually the law firm for the VC firm themsleves. We expect to have a full teams of their poeple involved in the variousparts of the event.
