We are not ready to go after investors quite yet but probably will be doing that --- maybe next year.

I like the approach that allows newcomers to watch others making their presentations. It's a bonus too that you will have working sssions. Someone who was at your Phase III Business matters event in June this year (same place?) tells me that the you had some really good attorneys involved who are very VC deal experienced. She learned alot from them.

Question: we though about having some of our Board Members attend as well as me and a couple of the others inthe firm. Is that okay? It looks as if you limiting numbers so we need to know how to plan.

You're right that we are limiting numbers -- and yes, ity is the same place that we used for the Phase III Business Matters event. Thelocation had a lot to do with the considerable success of that occasion. The feedback was terrific. Though at a push we can go to 160-175, I really prefer that we keep the numbers to about 150. That obviously means that if individual firms bring too many people, there will be others firms which may want to come but there is no room. That said, I would think we can accommodate two-three from one firm, four at a real push. I have heard that some firms intend to buy so many places and then 'timeshare' those slots so that at any one time only the two-three people are on the premises. W will need to know that they are doign that -- but I think we can accommodate.
